Red Giant- Red Giant is my favorite mustard green. It’s excellent in salads, and the thick leaves stand up to cooking. This bright, peppery variety is from Japan and has a bold flavor with almost a raw garlic-like punch to it. It tolerates the summer sun but also thrives in part shade.
