    1948
    NASCAR is founded by Bill France Sr. and holds its first race at Daytona Beach Road Course.
    1950s-1960s
    NASCAR expands its schedule and adds new tracks across the US, including Darlington Raceway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Daytona International Speedway, Atlanta Motor Speedway, and others.
    1970s-1980s
