WEBI use hellofresh a lot less now, but the benefit of it is that you have absolutely everything you need with a set of instructions to make a meal and it takes a lot of the emotional labor, the mental burden, off of you. So it makes it easier to actually use the ingredients. Reply reply.

WEBExpensive, but worth it for a learning experience. Fair enough. I got a 16 free meal coupon but honestly, HelloFresh seems kind of "money grabby." At checkout it said I only got 9 free meals, some meals cost extra, ($9 per serving is not cheap) their sides and extras, like desserts aren't cheap either.

WEBFeb 13, 2021 · The portions are small. Compared to Good Food, which was way way wayyyy better, it kind of sucks IMO. One of the bags was a small bag of quinoa, small box of beans, handful of coleslaw greens and a really cheap brand of coconut milk I see at walmart for under a dollar. Like the cheapest brand I've seen of coconut milk.

WEBApr 23, 2023 · Hellofresh is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than grocery shopping. I saw someone on here do a price breakdown of HF vs grocery store and it was waaay more, like over 2X when you consider portion sizes (ie HF only sends enough spices for 1 meal). I don’t know how they can get away with saying it’s cheaper in their ads.
