    The 6.8L V10 was introduced by Ford Motor Company in 1997 when FMC introduced the 4.6 and 5.4 liter modular motors. All of the Ford V10 engines were produced at Ford’s Windsor Ontario engine plant. The V10 was not available in the F150, as only Super Duty models were available with the biggest of the Ford gasoline engines.
