North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said South Korea is a foreign country and an apparent hostile country, state media KCNA said on Friday.

The move fulfils Kim Jong Un's call for a constitutional amendment labeling Seoul the main enemy and follows the destruction of transport links to the South.
