Former President Donald Trump has backed out of an interview with “60 Minutes,” the most-watched newsmagazine in the United States, according to CBS News.

This is not the first time that the former president has clashed with the country’s most popular television news program.
Beyond the nicknames, Trump has launched racist and sexist attacks on Harris. He previously claimed that she “happened to turn Black” and reposted a lewd message about Harris on social media. He has also called her "crazy," "nuts" and "dumb as a rock," while defending his use of personal attacks.
“60 Minutes” has for years regularly sought to interview presidential candidates in the weeks leading up to the election. According to CBS News, both campaigns had accepted interview requests, with an agreement reached that each candidate would appear for half the show’s broadcast — two segments for Trump, and two for Harris.

If Harris wins the Rust Belt swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin and Trump takes the Sun Belt states of Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona and Nevada then the second district would provide the single tie-breaking vote.
