FAA releases initial findings in medical helicopter crash that killed 3 in NKY
The helicopter carrying three crew members caught fire after crashing, the report states. The victims, Gale Alleman, Bethany Aicken and James Welsh, were all pronounced dead at the scene, according to Kentucky State Police. The three were based out of Grant County and were en route to pick up a patient when the crash happened.
