Saints coach Darren Rizzi told reporters Monday that Kamara was dealing with a "groin adductor" type of injury, per ESPN's Katherine Terrell. Rizzi declined to elaborate on whether the injury was minor and told reporters more testing would be done on the running back.

The injury happened on a play where Kamara didn’t even touch the ball. Kamara headed back to the New Orleans’ locker room with a groin strain. He was questionable to return, but never did. Kamara is considered day-to-day moving forward,
