Pankaj Oswal, owner of multibillion-dollar conglomerate Oswal Global Group, has filed an urgent appeal with the United Nations, seeking help to secure the release of his daughter Vasundhara in Uganda.

Pankaj Oswal is the son of industrialist Abhay Kumar Oswal, the founder of Oswal Agro Mills and Oswal Greentech He has been living in Switzerland with his wife and daughter for the past 10 years with their two daughters Vasundhara and Ridi after they shifted from Australia.

Vasundhara Oswal, 26, daughter of Swiss billionaire Pankaj Oswal, was allegedly arrested in Uganda without a warrant by armed men. Her family claims false accusations led to the arrest, linked to a former employee’s actions.

Despite a court order for her unconditional release, the police have reportedly imposed inadmissible charges to prevent her release on bail.
