When you explore historic places, you will marvel at how history has shaped our world. And that's Holmes County Historical Society's mission: to promote historical sites, studies and experiences through discovery, collection, preservation and presentation. As part of the Holmes County Cultural Center Campus in Millersburg, Ohio, we are located in an authentic Victorian House that you can tour to get a sense for the time period. Plus explore all of the local history documented in collections scattered throughout the home. There are different themed rooms, ranging from military history traced back to the Civil War to law history showcasing courthouse memorabilia. And for the holidays, the house is transformed into the Holidays at the Mansion.
