One of the best in Texas. This state park has about everything you need in a park. Hiking, biking, swimming, camping, boating. The lake is gorgeous, and I am now in love with the Palo Pinto Mountains… Full review by Rick B

We have camped a lot in tents and cabins. While my kids have been to Possum kingdom for youth and Boy Scouts camps, this was out first time going to Possum Kingdom State Park. Some people must not go… Full review by Cindy B
Can you ride an ATV in any of the campsites? Of course no fast just putting around giving kids rides?

sorry I am not sure. It is pretty quiet, but we did not see anyone in golf carts or atvs the entire time we were there. the staff are very friendly, I would give them a call.
