Have used Mikes for some golf equipment for my children over the years. It’s probably the worst store I’ve ever been into as far as customer service. Staff is rude and the manager a complete idiot.. … Full review by Kevin Fries

I ordered a shaft (LH) via eBay. They sent the wrong one and have not returned my 3 attempts for them to help resolve this. Very disappointed and I have told my Taylor made rep about this. Full review by Chris Adelmann
